Q. I'm not a student. Can I use the library?



You are welcome to use the Trible Library at CNU for free.



You can use the materials in the library for free, if you would like to check items out please see the information below under Borrowing Materials for details

Please note - 24 hour access is available only to CNU Students, Faculty and Staff


Room reservations are only available for current CNU Students, Faculty and Staff



Guest wireless access is available if you have your own laptop or other mobile device

Guest Computer access is available if you would like to use our databases in the library

Off campus access to databases is not available

If you would like to use online databases from your home, please consult with your local public library; FinditVA http://www.finditva.com/ ; and/or The Library of Virginia



Must be at least 18 years of age

Must show proof of Virginia Residency, such as a driver’s license

Must pay a $25.00 fee/per year

Able to borrow 5 items at a time

All in one machines are available for printing, photocopying and scanning

Community patrons must purchase a Gift Card from the Captains Cash Kiosk in the IT Services Room of the Library (1st floor; near main circulation desk) in order to use the Library printing system

The card itself costs $1.00 and as little as $1.00 (in cash) can be added for printing

Funds are added as Captains Cash

Printing and copying costs are $.06 per black & white page and $.15 per color page
